Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice on platform regulation, e-commerce, transportation law, and digital services.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and licensing arrangements.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters in coordination with external counsel.
- Ensure business compliance with French, Spanish, and European legal frameworks.
