Description: A leading investment management firm with significant Assets Under Management (AUM) is seeking a Fund Distribution Lawyer to join its dynamic legal team in London. The successful candidate will advise on the asset management business in Europe, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, and support global initiatives. Key responsibilities include providing legal advice on the distribution and marketing of regulated funds, drafting and negotiating Investment Management Agreements (IMAs), and advising on cross-border marketing rules including MiFID II, AIFMD, and UCITS directives.
Eligibility: Qualified lawyer with 2-6 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in asset management, investment funds, or financial services. Experience in financial regulatory matters and strong contract drafting skills are required.
