Title: Legal Counsel, Funds (5 to 10 PQE) - Global Investment Platform Category: Jobs Organiser: Space Executive (on behalf of a Global Investment Platform) Description: A global investment platform experiencing significant growth across the APAC region is seeking a mid to senior-level Legal Counsel to join its regional legal team based in Singapore. This position offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of fund structuring, product development, and cross-border distribution within a well-established regional legal department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the structuring and launch of investment products across multiple jurisdictions, drafting and negotiating a variety of fund-related and commercial documentation. The role involves advising on legal and regulatory considerations for investment offerings and working closely with internal stakeholders across investments, product, and compliance functions to support new business initiatives. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will coordinate with external counsel on transactional, regulatory, and corporate matters. This role is ideal for a commercially-minded legal professional comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and contributing to strategic projects across the APAC business. Eligibility: * Qualified lawyer with approximately 5–10 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). * Experience from a leading law firm (specifically BVI/Cayman Offshore firms) or a relevant in-house environment (asset management). * Prior experience in funds, asset management, or financial services. * Exposure to cross-border work and multi-jurisdictional structures. * Strong commercial mindset and ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
