Kingston Consulting Global Ltd is recruiting a Legal Counsel on behalf of their client, a global software organisation and market leader in the enterprise SaaS space. The role involves supporting go-to-market teams by structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing SaaS, software, support, and cloud contracts, while collaborating cross-functionally across the global organisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and close SaaS, software, support, and cloud contracts.
• Lead negotiations for master agreements, NDAs, SOWs, and tender responses.
• Develop and refine playbooks, corporate standards, and ensure contractual governance.
• Champion AI advancement within the legal team and across the business.
• Provide accurate, pragmatic, and timely legal advice across commercial and operational matters.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• In-house SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience handling complex commercial contracts and independent negotiations.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
