Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and be admitted to at least one state bar. Requirements include 2+ years of experience in high-volume commercial transactional contracts and specific experience with healthcare and pharmacy benefits management (PBM) contracting. Knowledge of HIPAA and government-sponsored health plans (Medicaid/Medicare) is preferred.
