- 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating high-volume commercial and transactional contracts (services, SaaS, and software license agreements).
- Working knowledge of data privacy and security requirements, including healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
- Prior experience with healthcare and pharmacy benefits management (PBM) contracting is required.
- Experience with government-sponsored health plan contracting (Medicaid, Medicare, etc.) is a plus.
