The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, and services contracts. The role involves collaborating with sales, compliance, and management teams to manage legal risks and support revenue-generating initiatives within the healthcare and pharmacy benefits management sectors.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and be admitted to at least one state bar. Required experience includes 2+ years of drafting and negotiating high-volume commercial contracts (SaaS, software licenses) and specific expertise in healthcare and pharmacy benefits management (PBM) contracting. Knowledge of HIPAA and government-sponsored health plans (Medicaid/Medicare) is preferred.
