Description: SS&C Technologies is hiring a Legal Counsel to support its Health Solutions and Pharmacy Solutions business units. The selected candidate will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, SaaS contracts, software licenses, and data privacy agreements (including BAAs), while collaborating closely with internal sales, compliance, and management teams.
Eligibility:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar.
- 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating high-volume commercial and transactional contracts (services, SaaS, software licensing).
- Experience with healthcare and pharmacy benefits management (PBM) contracting is required.
- Experience with government-sponsored health plan contracting (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) is a plus.
Salary & Benefits: Expected base salary of $100,000 - $175,000 USD (for NY, IL, MA, MN). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and parental leave.
