Description: DX Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across a range of matters within a logistics and transportation environment. Working closely with the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (including customer, supplier, and IT agreements), support regulatory and compliance matters (such as UK GDPR and health & safety), and assist with dispute management and corporate governance.
