The role involves providing strategic and transactional legal support, advising on complex commercial matters, vendor negotiations, and project execution risks. The successful candidate will report to the I&S Segment Counsel and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable business objectives while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including subcontracts, service agreements, NDAs, and collaboration agreements. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will support the development of governance frameworks and provide commercial legal support for the North America region. This position requires a pragmatic approach to balancing risk management with business enablement in a dynamic, global environment. Eligibility: * Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree. * Active membership in at least one recognized bar association. * Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience (in-house or law firm) handling commercial and transactional legal matters. * Proven expertise in complex contract negotiation and deal execution. * Strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and professional ethics. * Experience supporting large-scale, integrated, or technically complex projects is preferred.
