This role is designed to support the company’s dynamic international business units, including Comcast Technology Solutions, FreeWheel, and Comcast Business. The successful candidate will provide essential legal guidance on a wide array of employment and compliance-related matters across multiple jurisdictions. The primary responsibilities include counseling various business branches on individual and group terminations, working time regulations, health and safety compliance, and labor relations. Additionally, the role involves drafting and negotiating employment templates, employee handbooks, and policies. The Legal Counsel will also play a key role in evaluating the legal landscape for international expansion and assisting with post-M&A integration activities. Eligibility: * Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales (candidates qualified in other European jurisdictions may also be considered). * Possession of undergraduate and legal practice qualifications from accredited institutions. * Minimum of 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained either in-house or at a reputable law firm. * Demonstrated experience in employment law, including litigation, disciplinary procedures, performance management, redundancies, and TUPE. * Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
