Description: SD Legal is recruiting on behalf of a globally focused Investment firm with offices in the US, Europe, Middle-East, and Asia. This newly created role in Singapore will primarily partner with the APAC business, supporting daily and longer-term transactional and commercial projects. The selected candidate will play a lead role in structuring and negotiating various agreements, drafting fund/product documentation, and collaborating with product, finance, and external counsel in growth jurisdictions like Japan, Korea, and India.
Eligibility:

• Strong education and law firm training.
• 6 - 12 Years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience).
• Mix of transactional and commercial fund-related background.
• Experience handling commercial documents such as LMA/LPAs across regulated products.
• Regulatory experience across APAC and the ability to manage stakeholders in Asia, the UK, and the US.
