The successful candidate will handle complex transactions, provide day-to-day legal advice on marketing and sales, and support product teams with the development of new IT and SaaS solutions. The role reports directly to the General Counsel as part of the APAC legal team.
Eligibility: Applicants must have 6 to 14 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) with a background in corporate and commercial law. A combination of law firm and in-house experience is ideal. Candidates must possess expertise in technology contracts (SaaS/Software) and be proficient in spoken Japanese.
