Arrow Electronics is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide high-impact legal support across complex commercial and transactional matters. This role serves as a trusted legal advisor, independently leading domestic and cross-border commercial transactions, including supplier, customer, distributor, aerospace, and defense agreements. The position reports to the Legal Counsel Director and operates on a hybrid schedule at the Panorama Arrow Building in Centennial, CO. Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of commercial, aerospace, defense, and military contracts.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks associated with commercial transactions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, quality, trade compliance) to deliver timely legal guidance.
- Develop and improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and legal operations tools.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior legal staff.
- Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in-office; Monday and Friday work-from-home.
