Eligibility: Candidates should possess 10-15 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) with a strong background in litigation, IP/Tech law, compliance, and commercial contracting. A U.K.-qualified lawyer (Solicitor preferred; Barrister considered) is required, with dual qualification or exposure to U.S. technology, cyber, or investment law being a strong advantage. Applicants must demonstrate a record of leading international disputes and cross-border contracting, and experience advising AI-centric, digital, or technology-driven businesses. Confident communication skills are essential for engaging with executives, investors, and regulators. A British-trained profile with international experience (U.K., U.S., or Canada) is preferred.
