Key Responsibilities

The Legal Counsel will handle a diverse portfolio of generalist legal matters, including but not limited to:

• Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with suppliers, partners, and freelancers.
• Intellectual Property: Advising on complex IP, copyright, and licensing issues across music and visual content.
• Confidentiality: Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and establishing robust confidentiality frameworks.
• Brand & Reputation Protection: Supporting the organization on defamation issues, brand protection, and reputation management.
• Digital Media Guidance: Providing legal counsel on considerations surrounding social media, digital platforms, and evolving media landscapes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Approximately 5+ years of relevant legal experience, gained either in-house or within private practice.
