HRRE Unipessoal LDA (ZFM) is seeking a commercially minded, versatile Legal Counsel to join its team on a full-time contract basis. This fully remote position is tailored for legal professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes creative environments, specifically within the live entertainment, music, and visual media sectors. The selected candidate will act as a trusted legal partner, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape creative projects from a legal perspective.

Key Responsibilities

The Legal Counsel will handle a diverse portfolio of generalist legal matters, including but not limited to:

  • Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with suppliers, partners, and freelancers.
  • Intellectual Property: Advising on complex IP, copyright, and licensing issues across music and visual content.
  • Confidentiality: Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and establishing robust confidentiality frameworks.
  • Brand & Reputation Protection: Supporting the organization on defamation issues, brand protection, and reputation management.

Eligibility Criteria
