Title: Legal Counsel, LNG (Energy Company)

Description: Kerry Consulting is exclusively partnering with a leading global energy company to recruit a Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel for its Singapore office. This is a new headcount created to support the expansion of the company's international LNG portfolio. The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel and provide legal support across the LNG value chain, including advising on complex transactions, drafting and negotiating SPAs, master agreements, and shipping contracts. The role also encompasses M&A, project financing, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance for the Singapore entity.
Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified lawyers in the UK, US, or Australia with significant experience and exposure to the LNG industry. Candidates should possess strong skills in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and have a solid understanding of market dynamics and risk allocation. Prior in-house experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
