Title: Legal Counsel, Marketing & Consumer Law Support Category: Jobs Organiser: Primo Brands Description: Primo Brands is seeking a highly qualified Legal Counsel to support its Marketing, eCommerce, Sustainability, Quality Assurance, and Intellectual Property functions. Based at the company’s headquarters in Stamford, CT, this role involves providing high-quality, actionable legal advice to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The position reports to the Associate General Counsel for Marketing and Consumer Law and operates under a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office per week. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the Legal, Regulatory, and Government Affairs team. Primary responsibilities include drafting and negotiating marketing and technology agreements, advising on advertising claims and substantiation, managing sweepstakes and promotions, and overseeing intellectual property matters such as trademark registration and patent prosecution. Additionally, the role involves managing outside counsel and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across the company’s extensive beverage portfolio. Eligibility: * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. * Minimum of 7 years of related legal experience, specifically in commercial, IP, data privacy, and marketing law. * Active membership in good standing with the Connecticut or New York State Bar (or equivalent CT in-house counsel designation). * Proven experience in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
