This role offers a unique opportunity to work across diverse business lines, including Building Automation, Process Technologies, and Industrial Solutions. The position involves a strategic blend of hands-on legal work, regional leadership exposure, and the shaping of legal operations and processes within a dynamic in-house environment. The successful candidate will report to the META General Counsel and will be responsible for legal entity management, statutory compliance, and governance frameworks across the region. Key duties include supporting the contract lifecycle, drafting corporate resolutions and powers of attorney, and overseeing regulatory submissions.
