Description: GOLDBECK SOLAR Group is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel (m/f/d) to support its growing international business and project activities in the UK. The selected candidate will provide strategic legal advice for EPC, O&M, BESS, and other business projects, working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include contract negotiations, risk management, and supporting project execution within a dynamic international environment.
Eligibility:

• Master’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally 7+ years.
• Strong expertise in contract law, construction law, and renewable energy projects.
• Proven experience with EPC and project-related contracts.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and solution-oriented working skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce claims and defend against counterclaims.
• Provide strategic legal support for EPC, O&M, BESS, and other projects.
• Advise internal functions such as Finance, IT, and Category Management.
• Review, comment on, and negotiate EPC and other commercial contracts.
• Deliver legal and contractual training to project teams.
• Act as an interface between project teams and external legal counsel.
