Eligibility
Juristischer Hochschulabschluss (Master-Niveau oder gleichwertig); Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin ist von Vorteil. 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Legal Counsel oder Rechtsanwalt, idealerweise im Bereich Nichtlebensversicherung und/oder Rückversicherung. Internationale (angelsächsische) Erfahrung, insbesondere in grenzüberschreitenden Versicherungsgeschäften oder Projekten. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht; Erfahrung im Bereich Schaden- und Rückversicherungsrecht sind von Vorteil. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Denkweise, ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.

The role involves supporting the non-life insurance and reinsurance business, with a focus on Specialty Lines CH & International, Active Reinsurance, and Group Reinsurance. Key responsibilities include providing legal advice, reviewing and negotiating non-life insurance and reinsurance contracts, supporting international projects, advising on regulatory and compliance matters, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility: University law degree (Master's level or equivalent); admission as a lawyer is an advantage. 3-5 years of professional experience as Legal Counsel or lawyer, ideally in non-life insurance and/or reinsurance. International (Anglo-Saxon) experience, especially in cross-border insurance business or projects. Solid knowledge of contract law; experience in claims and reinsurance law is an advantage. Strong analytical skills, a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage.
