Accor is seeking a highly motivated US-barred attorney to report directly to the General Counsel of Accor North & Central Americas (NCA). The successful candidate will oversee, coordinate, and support the General Counsel on all corporate and property-level litigation matters affecting Accor in the NCA region. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Compliance Team on Data Privacy concerns, implementing risk mitigation policies, and conducting corporate and hotel-level trainings.Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and coordinate with outside counsel on threatened and active lawsuits.
  • Monitor and provide guidance over hotel-level litigation matters to safeguard corporate interests.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance Team on Data Privacy policies and implementation.
  • Update and issue policies, guidance, and ongoing trainings for litigation risk mitigation.
  • Maintain litigation trackers and reports.
