The successful candidate will serve as the sole in-house lawyer, providing strategic legal advice to the management team, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, and developing compliance frameworks tailored to the crypto and payments industry. The role involves identifying legal risks and ensuring the organization stays aligned with evolving global regulations.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Law degree (LLB/J.D.) and be qualified to practice in a major common law jurisdiction. A minimum of 3-5 years PQE in a reputable international or top-tier local law firm is required. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of payments regulation, fund flows, and licensing frameworks (EMI/PSP). Experience in multi-jurisdictional environments and business proficiency in both English and Mandarin are highly desirable.
