Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor focusing on transaction execution, legal risk management, and asset management. Responsibilities include leading real estate acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures, advising on transaction structures, managing external counsel, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Eligibility: Applicants should possess 8–10+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in commercial law, specializing in PE/M&A practices. Candidates must be law firm trained, with a strong background in real assets, infrastructure, or private equity transactions within the APAC region. In-house experience at a PE or real assets platform is considered an advantage.
