Description: Tri-Cap Consulting is recruiting an in-house Legal Counsel for an expanding Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund. Reporting directly to the COO, the selected candidate will act as a strategic advisor focusing on transaction execution, legal risk management, and ongoing asset management. Responsibilities include leading real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, and platform investments, conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, and managing external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
