The successful candidate will ensure privacy compliance across BCG offices, with a specific focus on processing activities in the EMESA region. Key responsibilities include providing assurance on global and regional regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR), negotiating data privacy agreements with vendors and clients, supporting Information Security governance, and conducting privacy training sessions. The role involves collaborating across cross-functional teams of security experts, IT architects, and data scientists to enhance the firm's risk posture.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Graduate degree (J.D.) in Law from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data privacy and compliance is required. Experience within the tech or consultancy sector or at a reputable law firm is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate extensive knowledge of European and Middle East/African data privacy regulations.
