Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified solicitors (SRA) in England & Wales with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in-house. Required qualifications include a data protection certification (e.g., IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM) and strong knowledge of UK/EU GDPR, PECR, and consumer protection laws.
