- Develop and implement governance frameworks, playbooks, and compliance processes.

- Provide practical guidance on legal risks for new and existing products, features, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage technology, licensing, marketing, and IP agreements.
Requirements:
- Qualified to practice law in the UK.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in-house at a technology company.
- Experience assisting global tech companies with product launches, AI, SaaS, and data governance.
