Key Responsibilities:
- Draft transaction documents and manage closing mechanics for project financing
- Manage corporate approvals and disclosures related to transactions
- Oversee legal due diligence process and coordinate with business teams
- Advise non-lawyer business partners with high-impact legal solutions
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
Qualifications:
- J.D. Degree from an accredited law school
- Active Membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 3-5+ years of experience in Project Finance law
