Description: Solar Provider Group (SPG) is seeking a business-minded Legal Counsel to support its U.S. solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) development platform. The role primarily focuses on title review, survey analysis, curative work, and project closings. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will manage real estate legal workstreams, negotiate site-control documents (leases, easements, etc.), and coordinate with title companies and surveyors to advance projects from land acquisition to construction readiness.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Law degree and be licensed to practice in the United States. A minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. commercial real estate, real estate finance, or project development is required. Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors is strongly preferred.
