Job Opportunity: Legal Counsel, Real Estate at Solar Provider Group

Solar Provider Group, a global solar developer, is seeking a Legal Counsel, Real Estate and Project Development to support the Company’s U.S. development platform. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to identify, assess, and resolve real estate and project-related legal issues across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day title and real estate legal workstreams with increasing independence
• Support project transactions and related in-house legal work as needed
• Work closely with internal development, engineering, land acquisition, finance, and executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with outside counsel, title companies, surveyors, and other third parties

Requirements:

• Strong U.S. commercial real estate fundamentals
• Sound commercial judgment and a solutions-oriented approach
• Substantive experience with U.S. real estate practice

What We Offer:

A fully remote work arrangement for U.S.-based candidates and a hybrid work arrangement for Toronto-based candidates. Occasional travel within the United States may be required.
