Jobgether is seeking a highly motivated legal professional for the position of Legal Counsel - Regulatory Compliance, Product and Privacy. This remote role based in France operates at the intersection of technology, privacy, compliance, and product innovation. The selected candidate will advise on complex regulatory and privacy matters, support AI and enterprise software initiatives, and collaborate with international teams to shape scalable legal frameworks.Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and maintain corporate policies, compliance frameworks, and operational controls.
• Support global privacy programs, including conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and maintaining Records of Processing Activities (ROPAs).
• Partner with product and engineering teams to evaluate the impact of privacy, data protection, and AI-related regulations.
• Provide legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions and collaborate with external counsel.
