Job Title: Legal Counsel (Remote)

Altus Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their global Legal team. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting Altus Group's public company obligations, strategic transactions, and long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and minority investments
• Advise on securities and corporate governance matters, including continuous disclosure requirements and regulatory filings
• Partner with Finance and executive leadership on matters related to financial reporting, earnings releases, and treasury activities
• Provide practical legal guidance and identify legal and regulatory risks

Requirements:

• J.D. or LL.B. and called to the Bar in a Canadian province
• Experience supporting public company disclosure obligations, corporate governance initiatives, and securities compliance matters
• Transaction experience, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and investments
• Strong business judgment and ability to identify legal and regulatory risks
