This is a 12-month contract position based in London, offering a hybrid working model. The role is situated within the Consumer Legal team and focuses on a diverse range of commercial and operational legal matters across the company’s customer-facing estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice and supporting franchise and partner models through contractual and governance frameworks. Key duties include managing legal risks, advising on regulatory compliance, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to facilitate business growth. The role also involves monitoring legal developments and contributing to process improvements within the consumer legal function. Eligibility: * Qualified lawyer in England & Wales. * Proven experience advising consumer, retail, or franchised businesses, ideally within the telecommunications sector or a similar operational environment. * Extensive experience in commercial contracts with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. * Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage directly with senior operational and commercial stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced setting.
