Description: Rayner is seeking an ambitious solicitor to join its Group Legal Team during a period of significant international growth. The successful candidate will take ownership of the Group’s compliance agenda, lead ESG and sustainability workstreams, and manage the insurance portfolio. Additionally, the role involves supporting the business on commercial agreements, corporate development, and M&A activities. This position requires a presence at the Global HQ in Worthing for three days per week.
Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified solicitors entitled to practise in England and Wales with 0–4 years of PQE. Requirements include an excellent academic record, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or med-tech sectors is desirable.
