The company is seeking a commercially-minded Legal Counsel to join its global Deal Desk within the Commercial Legal team. This role is designed for a professional who can navigate a fast-moving, complex environment and translate legal expertise into scalable value to support the company's global growth. The successful candidate will primarily focus on negotiating customer-facing contracts for enterprise clients and drafting comprehensive negotiation playbooks. Responsibilities include providing strategic legal advice across various functions—including sales, account management, and product teams—and managing early-stage customer disputes. The role also emphasizes legal automation and the training of commercial colleagues worldwide to ensure efficient and effective contracting processes. Eligibility: * Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience, gained either in-house or at a law firm. * Strong experience in commercial contracting and/or other transactional legal matters. * Proven ability to collaborate with legal counsels across multiple jurisdictions (US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. * Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage. * Availability to work from the San Francisco office and travel to other offices periodically.
