Description: A highly regarded and fast-paced global automotive business is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to join its collaborative in-house legal team. This is a broad and varied role offering exposure to commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and strategic business projects. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting acquisitions and disposals, managing legal workstreams, and advising on day-to-day commercial legal issues and risk management.
Eligibility: Candidates should possess 4+ years of Post Qualified Experience (PQE) with strong commercial contracts experience gained either in-house or in private practice.
