Description: Dexcom is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its commercial operations in France and the Southern Europe cluster (Spain and Italy). The successful candidate will serve as a primary legal touchpoint, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including public procurement and distribution contracts. Responsibilities include providing specialist advice on French and EU healthcare and medical device laws, reviewing promotional materials, and ensuring compliance with transparency and anti-kickback requirements. The role reports to the Senior Director Legal EMEA.
Eligibility: Candidates must be French qualified lawyers with an active practicing certificate or bar admission in France. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of relevant legal experience (ideally in-house or within a law firm), and professional fluency in both English and French. Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is highly preferred.
