Description: RESOLVA is assisting British American Tobacco (BAT) with the recruitment of an experienced Legal Counsel to join its Nordic Legal Team in Malmö, Sweden. This role provides strategic leadership and robust legal advice across a broad range of legal matters, contributing to the development and implementation of sustainable business strategies within BAT’s newly established VELOCITY innovation hub. The Legal Counsel will proactively provide high-quality legal advice, guidance, and support, with a strong focus on commercial, regulatory, and marketing matters, ensuring compliance and managing legal risks. The position is integral to the Nordic Legal team and will report directly to the Head of Legal, Nordics. The role is based at BAT’s Swedish office in Hyllie, Malmö.
