The successful candidate will act as the primary legal partner for technology, data, and AI topics, supporting strategic digital transformation and outsourcing programmes across multiple markets.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of enterprise technology contracts, including cloud, software, data, digital, and cross-border service arrangements.
- Provide clear legal advice on contracts, disputes, and legislation impacting technology, data, and digital services (including cross-border transfers, cybersecurity, and AI governance).
- Advise on emerging technology matters such as AI use cases, automation, data commercialisation, and evolving EU/UK regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with external counsel across jurisdictions, managing timelines and budgets while translating legal advice into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for technology and commercial contracts.
- Exposure to data protection, cybersecurity, or regulatory matters covering both EU and UK regimes.
- Interest in or experience with AI, automation, digital platforms, and data-driven business models.
- Proven ability to manage large projects and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
