A premier confidential organization is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Legal Counsel to support its Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) business. Based in the dynamic hub of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, this full-time role offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial and regulatory strategy of a growing telecom business in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a critical role in managing legal risk and driving business growth. Primary duties include:

  • Contract Management: Leading the negotiation, drafting, and execution of complex MVNO commercial contracts, including network access agreements, supplier contracts, reseller agreements, and customer terms.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Providing expert legal guidance on telecoms-specific regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on Ofcom regulations, spectrum access, and licensing.
  • Data Protection: Advising the business on privacy compliance under GDPR and other telecoms-specific data protection frameworks.
  • Strategic Advisory: Partnering with senior management and cross-functional teams (Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Compliance) to align legal strategies with business objectives.
  • Dispute Resolution: Managing legal disputes and coordinating with external counsel on litigation or regulatory investigations.
  • Team Mentorship: Mentoring junior legal team members and continuously improving internal legal processes.

Eligibility Criteria
