As a key member of the EMEA Legal team, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support to the sales organization and collaborate daily with global teams across EMEA and the US. The role is designed for a legal professional looking to grow their career within a fast-paced international environment focused on digital transformation and enterprise technology solutions. The primary responsibilities include negotiating and managing a diverse range of technology contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, and consulting services agreements. The Counsel will ensure all contracts comply with local laws, EU regulations, and internal corporate policies. Additionally, the role involves monitoring regulatory developments, providing practical advice on regional commercial matters, supporting corporate compliance initiatives, and partnering with internal departments such as finance and sales to manage risk. Eligibility: * Must be a UK-qualified lawyer. * 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally gained in-house or within a reputable law firm. * Strong communication skills with excellence in written and spoken English (additional European language skills are a plus). * A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a global, fast-moving environment. * Willingness to travel occasionally for business requirements.
