The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the FWD Singapore legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of legal and regulatory functions within the company’s life and general insurance business lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and providing accurate legal advice on contractual, regulatory, and corporate governance issues. Additionally, the role involves supporting ad-hoc projects and new product launches, identifying legal risks to facilitate business growth, and maintaining the organization's legal databases and standard documentation templates. Eligibility: * 3 – 6 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE). * Qualified to practice in Singapore or another Common Law jurisdiction. * Proven background in corporate commercial or insurance law within a fast-paced in-house environment or a reputable law firm. * Expertise in Life and General Insurance is highly preferred. * Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. * Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
