This role provides strategic and practical legal support, managing day-to-day legal matters for operations based in Calvert, Alabama, and advising various business functions on legal risks and compliance. The role also oversees legal operations, including workflow optimization within the LawVu contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, and directly manages a Contracts Specialist.
