The successful candidate will represent Marriott in meeting its growth objectives and provide legal services across all phases of managed, franchised, and owned hotel and residential development projects. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating hotel franchise and management agreements, tri-party lender agreements, and other transaction documents, as well as providing day-to-day legal advice to internal business disciplines.
