- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements including sponsorship, partnership, media, licensing, supplier, and technology agreements.
- Provide pragmatic legal advice on football regulatory frameworks (FA, UEFA, FIFA, and league regulations) and assist with governance matters.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including software, SaaS, data processing, and data licensing arrangements.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including regular national travel to engage with clubs across the country.
