Description: Mercor is hiring Employment and Labor Attorneys to support the development of advanced AI systems trained on high-quality legal reasoning data. In this role, you will create realistic workplace law scenarios involving areas such as EEOC charges, wage and hour analysis, severance and non-compete drafting, workplace investigations, labor disputes, and employment policy review. You will also draft attorney-level reference responses, evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured legal rubrics, and provide detailed written feedback to improve model performance.
Eligibility: Open to employment and labor law attorneys with experience in law firms, in-house legal teams, labor unions, or government agencies. Candidates must have strong legal writing skills, attention to detail, and practical experience handling workplace law matters.
Location: United States (Remote)
Remuneration: $85 - $120 per hour (Hourly contract)
