The initiative serves as a response to the needs of disadvantaged groups processed by the Criminal Justice System. Its primary objective is the socio-legal and economic rehabilitation of individuals at risk of being criminalized, exploited for commercial sex, or living in destitute conditions. The appointed Legal Fellow will be responsible for providing legal support and working toward the rehabilitation of project beneficiaries. The role involves working effectively in teams and independently, with a requirement for frequent travel across Mumbai, Thane, and the Raigad District to fulfill project mandates. Eligibility: * LLB Degree. * Valid Sanad for practicing law in Maharashtra. * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Marathi, English, and Hindi. * Familiarity with MS-Office, emails, and the internet. * Age limit: Below 35 years as of March 31, 2026. * Gender: Male candidates only. * Preference: Lawyers with 2-3 years of legal practice experience.
