The role involves translating data into actionable insights, streamlining complex workflows, and championing the adoption of modern legal technologies to empower the business to move faster and smarter. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the legal department, including the administration of technology platforms such as e-billing, contract lifecycle management (CLM), and legal intake systems. Key responsibilities include developing cost-saving strategies, optimizing outside counsel engagement, and analyzing departmental KPIs to enhance operational performance. This position offers a competitive salary range of $140K-$160K, plus bonuses and a Long-Term Incentive Plan. Eligibility: * Bachelor's Degree. * Minimum 5-7 years of previous experience in an in-house legal operations role. * Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance productivity and automate workflows. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Required experience with Ironclad, Brightflag, and ClickUp.
