Job Title: Legal Operations Director
Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a proactive and analytical Legal Operations leader to create structure, drive efficiency, and enable scalable growth within a dynamic legal function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve and streamline legal operations by identifying inefficiencies, implementing guidelines, and establishing scalable workflows.
- Own the administration of all legal technology platforms.
- Partner with the GC to execute short/long-term operations plans.
- Develop cost-saving strategies and optimize outside counsel engagement.
- Analyze key legal department metrics and KPIs through reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5-7 years' previous experience in in-house legal operations role
- Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools and platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Ironclad, Brightflag, and ClickUp required

Salary range: $140K-160K plus bonus and Long-Term Incentive Plan
